The above recording is an example of a binding practice in conversation with a student. Although a formal practice would require creating an image and the student naming the role, this dialogue nevertheless follows the steps of the binding practice as given in the teaching.
In this recording, basic instruction is given in the use of cosmological binding practice as a means of making sense of awakenings, before being demonstrated with a student in dialogue. Detailed instructions for cosmological binding practice are found in the book.
